Where & How To Use
Strategic placement for each new or repositioned product, focused on dark spots, freckles, vascular dark circles, firmness and radiance.
Anti-Pigment Dual Serum — Eucerin
When: Morning and/or night, after toner and before oils.
Device: BOOSTER for 2 min over the serum to support delivery on dark spot areas.
Why Here: Use it early in the routine so the anti-pigment active sits close to clean skin before richer textures.
PDRN Pink Peptide Serum — Medicube
When: Night, 2 – 3x/week.
Device: Use BOOSTER for 3 min.
Why Here: Complements PDRN Pink Collagen Cream for a stronger night recovery routine.
PDRN Pink Caffeine Night Wrapping Mask — Medicube
When: Night, 1–2x/week, always as the final step.
How: Apply an even layer with a brush or spatula. Avoid lips, eyes, eyebrows and hairline. Let dry for around 15 min and peel off in the morning.
Retinol Shot Tightening Serum — Celimax
When: Night, 1x/week, alternating weeks.
PS.: NEVER use AGE-R Booster Pro over retinoids. Apply retinal only on target areas and retinol on the rest of the face without overlapping.
Anthelios Age Correct SPF50 — La Roche-Posay
When: Morning, as the last skincare step before sun stick reapplications.
Why Here: Reinforces the anti-dark spot routine while keeping daily SPF protection consistent.
Cicalfate+ & Cicaplast Baume B5+
Use: SOS only, not as a regular daily step.
Use when the skin feels irritated, sensitized by retinoids or in need of barrier repair.
Protocols & Essential Rules
⚠️ Adapalene Progression
- Weeks 1–2: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Weeks 3–4: if there is no relevant irritation, move to alternate nights.
- Later: daily use may be considered only if very well tolerated.
- Never increase the amount to speed up results.
🆘 Acne SOS
- 🔴 Red/inflamed closed pimple: The Ordinary Sulfur 10%, spot treatment only.
- ⚪ Whitehead: Sulfur 10% or hydrocolloid patch.
- 🩹 Open, injured or bleeding pimple: Avène Cicalfate. No adapalene, sulfur, azelaic acid, vitamin C or devices.
- 🟤 Once closed and only a dark mark remains: return to Azelaic Acid 10% + Eucerin Anti-Pigment + SPF50+.
💡 Layering Order
- Lightest to richest: toner → serums → oils → creams → SPF.
- AIR SHOT always goes first on clean, dry skin.
- BOOSTER is for lightweight toners/serums, not rich creams.
- MC MODE and DERMA SHOT go over the final cream.
❄️ TheraFace Depuffing Wand
- Use before caffeine eye serum every morning.
- Move gently from the inner corner outward and upward.
- Do not use over dry skin or without skincare products.
🌙 Wrapping Mask
- Use 1 – 2x/week as the final step.
- Apply an even layer and let dry for around 15 min before bed.
- Do not use on retinoid nights to avoid excessive irritation.
☀️ SPF
- Use SPF every morning, even on cloudy days, especially after retinoid nights.
- Keep Matte Sun Stick for reapplication during the day.
- Anessa can stay as the stronger option for very active days or travel.
